Each bottle features single strain varieties of rare chili pepper grown at our organic farm in Ottsville, PA. PEPPER DROP is made from pure certified organic peppers so you can experience the full flavor and nutritional benefits of the world's hottest and more flavorful peppers  - it's the essence of the chili pepper without all the vegetal fibers or pulp.

Unlike other hot sauces that are filled with tons of vinegar, or thick ingredients like carrots and onions, PEPPER DROP is a pure pepper extract that doesn't change the flavor of your food, but infuses it with the pure flavor of each individual chili pepper.

Throughout the 2026 harvest season (typically September - November), CSA members will receive three shipments of organic pepper gift boxes bursting with different chili peppers of all levels of the Scoville scale. Every year, we love searching for super rare varieties and have seeds shipped from all over the globe to grow some of the rarest and most flavorful chili peppers on the planet.   

Each curated Certified Organic Pepper CSA includes:
