CSA Shares are limited and available varieties are subject to change due to weather and growing conditions. Throughout the 2026 harvest season (typically September - November), CSA members will receive three shipments of organic pepper gift boxes bursting with different chili peppers of all levels of the Scoville scale. Every year, we love searching for super rare varieties and have seeds shipped from all over the globe to grow some of the rarest and most flavorful chili peppers on the planet.
Each curated Certified Organic Pepper CSA includes:

Excellent Peppers
Excellent box that highlighted a good range of peppers. Not all super mild, but also not all crazy hot. The white ghost peppers were particularly delicious.

These peppers were really fresh. Even though it was a sampler there was a sizeable amount. There was a good variety and the flavors were good. I made a hot sauce with half and froze the rest. It was my first time trying anything beyond grocery store habaneros and I was impressed. I also appreciated that the peppers weren't packed in plastic.
