Throughout the 2026 harvest season (typically September - November), CSA members will receive three shipments of organically grown pepper gift boxes bursting with different chili peppers of all levels of the Scoville scale. Every year, we love searching for super rare varieties and have seeds shipped from all over the globe to grow some of the rarest and most flavorful chili peppers on the planet.   

Each curated Pepper CSA includes:

• 6 different types of peppers in each of three shipments (18 total varieties)
• Notes on the history, the rich cultural relevance, Scoville Scale and flavor profile of each pepper 
• Recipes ideas, suggested uses, storage instructions and tips for making your own hot sauce, infusions, dried peppers and more via our Pepper Key
