Dam good chili’s

I was pleasantly surprised by the heat of the chilies and the difference between them, having received the ghost pepper before the Carolina reapers and now I have 3 different varieties of ghost peppers and 2 different varieties of Carolina peppers that I made my mash that last a very long time since I use apple cider vinegar and some salt and they are so very tasty and HOT now there was a handful that were bad ones and of course the shelf life is very short and that’s why I make them into mash and it’s easier to adjust the amount of heat without any waste and again they are so good
