Bowers Chili Pepper Fest!
We had a great time at the Bowers Chili Pepper Fest this year! More than 10,000 people attended this year's pepper fest in Bowers, PA, which, lucky for us, is only 3 miles from Kutztown, PA.
Our hot sauces, hot pepper salt tins and smoked garlic were a hit and we sold out of a bunch of stuff before the event was over. Loved meeting new fans and many of our kickstarter backers, spreading the chili pepper love!
We had fun sharing a tent with Pollock's Kefir Pop, a fermented water kefir that was also a huge hit at the festival (and a perfect pair for when things got a little too hot;) Above is me and my pals Rich and Lucy who helped hold down the fort when the crowds hit!
More than 10,000 chili heads took over the Bowers Park on Sept. 6 and 7.
We met up with so many backers at the festival, including Brian and Marilyn from hotsaucedaily.com!
