Each bottle features single strain varieties of rare chili pepper grown at our organic farm in Ottsville, PA. Every Explorer's Box includes notes on the history, the rich cultural relevance, Scoville Scale and flavor profile of each pepper as well as recipes ideas, suggested uses, storage instructions and tips for making the most of these special varieties.
