I literally had rectal surgery right before these peppers arrived, so I wasn't able to eat them during the main recovery period. I checked on them after 2 weeks and many had already started to grow mold, which was a shame. I salvaged what I could and chucked em in my freezer, but regret not having a plan to store them properly from the start. Otherwise, the bits I've been able to taste today have been flavorful and very spicy, much spicier than what I'm used to. They arrived in great shape and were particularly pretty. I'll have to try ordering some new ones when I have the opportunity.
