Flavor profile: Citrusy, floral, fruity. Known as the Lemondrop in the US. This medium heat has a nice ceiling of fire that gives everything a good kick, but is not overpowering.
Best used in: Ceviche as well as in all seafood. Great made into a hot sauce or salsa. Also amazing as a smoked or dried pepper. Delicious fresh as well.
