This is the first time I have ordered live plants through the mail. We are really putting our faith in the delivery companies. When the plants arrived the box was smashed in on one side, so I was praying they were ok. For the most part, it seemed they survived the move, but they were not all still in their pots. Most are doing ok in the big pots and seem to be enjoying life. Time will tell....
I would suggest packaging each pot more securely and add more barriers in between each pot. Also add a fragile sticker or something to the box. These were shipped across the country and were really beaten up in the week it took them to travel. My hope is they will grow huge and produce many crazy hot peppers. If that happens, I will order again next year!
